Unique Thermoforming is located in Rockford, Illinois. We specialize in custom vacuum thermoforming of plastics packaging for a variety of applications including food, personal care, automotive, office supply, hardware, electrical components and toys.

 

We are equipped with highly experienced personnel and state-of-the-art equipment to meet large or small volume production requirements. Our company takes pride in providing innovative forming solutions and on time delivery of high-quality cost-effective products. Each project is handled from concept to completion by our in-house design, tooling, manufacturing and quality control personnel.

Unique Thermoforming continues aggressively to improve its knowledge of plastics technology and offers the best solutions to its customers. We have three roll-fed inline thin gauge thermoformers available to produce parts as large as 24” x 24” with a maximum draw of 4” using a wide range of materials such as PVC, HIPS, PET, PP and PS.
